TWI publications are used internationally in teaching and training. Our ethics assessments and communication books make a significant contribution to helping individuals become better ethical decision makers and more effective communicators.
Ethics Awareness Inventory© (EAI): Over 650,000 individuals and hundreds of organizations and schools have found the EAI an effective ethics learning tool. As a self-scoring assessment, individuals determine which of four ethical perspectives they tend to use when making personal ethical decisions. An Articulation section identifies the language differences between perspectives and helps individuals better communicate their reasoning. A simple and effective four-step decision making process provides a practical means to apply ethical awareness and reasoning.
Ethical Choices in the Workplace© (ECW): Individuals and organizations use this inventory to great effect. Individuals can assess the fit between their ethical values and that of potential workplaces in four dimensions that are essential for a strong ethical work culture. Through organization-wide administration of the EAI, leadership can assess the perception of the organization's ethical climate at all levels and functional areas
Ethical Leadership in Organizational Culture© (ELOC): The ELOC is taken by leadership to assess their perceptions of the ethical environment of the organizations they lead. Its use generates a greater awareness and commitment to those ethical values that are essential for an ethical work culture.
